My name is Mari! I earned my BFA in Visual Communications at Northern Illinois University. I consider myself a multidisciplinary artist whose work blends graphic design and hands-on creation. This foundation shapes how I approach every project, moving between sketching and digital work while combining traditional and modern techniques to create thoughtful, well-crafted designs. Over time, my practice has grown to include photography and a variety of other media, allowing me to explore ideas from multiple perspectives.
I am driven by curiosity and a strong focus on problem-solving, often using experimentation and exploration to shape my creative process. I enjoy being challenged, pushing concepts beyond the expected, and finding thoughtful, effective design solutions. My goal is to create work that feels intentional, engaging, and grounded in a genuine passion for art and design.
